Welcome to Moss Point Excel By 5!

On November 10, 2010, Moss Point became an EXCEL BY 5 ‘certified early childhood’ community, an achievement requiring a team of educators, community leaders, and parents to work together to make Moss Point a child friendly community.  Our Toy Lending Library became a favorite for young children and child care providers.  We became re-certified in 2013, and with the help of community and corporate support, now boast an expanding Family Education Center. We are also proud to have a United Way Born Learning Trail to promote family interaction, conversation, and fitness. Thanks to our community partners we are continually growing to meet the needs of families in Moss Point.
