• Resource usage available to all residents on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and in South Mississippi
• Materials may be checked out and limited (ONE (1) item per applicant for a ONE (1) week loan period.

Early Care and Education Partners

Biloxi Excel By 5 offfers “Art on Wheels” to our educational partner child care centers.  “Art on Wheels” is taught four to five times per year.  Lisa Wold visits the centers, reads a book,  and teaches an art activity/project to the children. There is no charge to the centers as Biloxi Excel By 5 provides sll the supplies and materials for the projects.
