(Canton – July 5, 2015) – The North Madison County Excel by 5 is holding its annual School Readiness/Back to School Health Fair on Friday, August 3, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Paul’s AME Church at 505 S. Union St. in Canton. Area businesses are invited to partner with the coalition in this important event designed to create awareness of services and programs available to children and families throughout North Madison County.
This event will be an opportunity for children’s programs/service organizations and health care professionals(dental, vision, health screening providers) to showcase their services to the community at this indoor health fair/back-to-school event at no charge. Participating organizations are asked provide school supplies at their table in order to fill the bags provided by Excel by 5 and the Madison County Business League and Foundation. Vendors are also asked to provide an activity at their booths in order to encourage children to stay active.
