Poplarville Excel By 5

Poplarville EB5 has been an Excel by Five certified early childhood community since 2015! A team of educators, community leaders, and parents continue to work together to help make Poplarville an even more nurturing and safer environment for our children. 

Excel by Five is a community-based certification program designed to improve a child’s overall well-being, focusing on children from birth to five years and is the first of its kind in the United States. This program emphasizes the importance of community support to ensure that the children in Poplarville are happy, healthy, and ready to learn when they begin kindergarten.
